K435 cast alloy is a nickel based precipitation hardening equiaxed crystal cast high-temperature alloy with high high-temperature strength and good heat and corrosion resistance. ‌

The operating temperature range of K435 alloy is below 900 ℃. Its composition includes about 18.5% (Co+W+Mo), 7.5% (Al+Ti+Nb), and 16% Cr, as well as various trace elements, which improve the performance of the alloy through solid solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening, and grain boundary strengthening. The thermal corrosion resistance of this alloy is superior to K438 and IN738 alloys. In a specific anti thermal corrosion test, the average corrosion depth of K435 alloy is only 11.4 μ m. In a mixed salt of 90% Na2SO4+10% NaCl, the average corrosion rate of hot corrosion at 900 ℃ for 200 hours is only 0.28mg/(cm ² · h).
